Emily Stone is an academic advisor, academic counselor, career consultant, and personal coach. She has been instructing meditation since 2016, and teaching workshops and classes in mindfulness, stress management, and healthy living. Emily has been a teacher in the classroom for adult learners and in one-on-one tutoring both virtually and in person. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Regis University graduating Magna Cum Laude and earned her Master of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University graduating with a 4.0 GPA. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology and Cognition from Grand Canyon University. In her personal time, Emily enjoys teaching yoga and fitness classes and spending time with her family and animals at her home on the prairie in Colorado.

Sessions can be conducted in person, or remotely.

Workshops are also available throughout the year online and in-person.
